In the World...

But not of the world...

This last one is actually what inspired the title of this post. It's what popped into my head as I turned back to look at the temple on the way to my car...

Cody + Jewelyn = ENGAGED!

Cody and Jewelyn were fantastic! I had a blast shooting with them on Monday. And I have to admit, I had such a hard time narrowing these down for the post! They were just too fantastic!





Ha. Awesome! :)










Yup. They're naturals.






This was a fun time. Took a bit for the smiling and giggling to subside before we got the hard-core serious look. And then it turned out I liked the one with Cody smiling best anyways! The hard-core one was pretty great, too. :)

The Drooler-Meister, Meister-Drooler!

This little guy is absolutely darling. And teething. :) I didn't get any full-on grins during this shoot, but I didn't have his mom behind me cheering him on. I was babysitting him at the time. This is a surprise for her! So Shhh! Don't tell! I haven't given her the pictures yet!



I honestly can't believe I got him to look right in to the camera as much as I did!










Superman!!

Meet the W's!

Last Saturday I had the opportunity to photograph this beautiful family! We started out in their home, and then headed up the the Rock Castle to snap a couple natural light shots.



"A" is getting ready to leave on a mission, so we had to get a shot of him in his suit!




All the kids! How fun, huh? They were determined to fit everyone in, and I must say they did a pretty good job! Bravo!


"B" is a senior and a sterling scholar, so we squeezed in a couple senior shots. Isn't she GORGEOUS!?


Okay. So... There are some shots I get that look so crazy good with a lot of different finishes on them, but I usually force myself to narrow it down to one. But there are two shots I got of B that I didn't want to choose between. :) So I didn't! Let me know what you guys think of the different finishes!











I personally think this finish looks a bit like the Lord of the Rings movies. The hat, though makes it look a bit more modern, yeah?


We couldn't just go without snapping a couple of the other kids!

Little Baby M

I had the wonderful chance to photograph Little M just a few weeks after she was born! She is absolutely gorgeous!































Darling, right? Yeah. I still can't get over her. :)
